Daily tasks: Provides advanced administrative support to high-level management by preparing complex reports and presentations, conducting analyses using various software, and coordinating information for internal and external contacts. Leads and guides less experienced employees, performs confidential duties, and determines methods for completing complex tasks. Supports quality training, monitors training databases, and assists with cGMP training. Coordinates and tracks audits, preparing for internal and external reviews to ensure thorough record-keeping and compliance. Demonstrates strong detail orientation, ensuring work is planned and executed with precision and attention to specifics.Qualifications: Three years of office warehouse experience.
