Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Reports To: Department SupervisorFLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt2nd ShiftHours: 3:00pm-11:30pmOvertime required based on production need.Pay: $19.00/hourGUARANTEED $0.50 RAISE AFTER 90 DAYS.Summary Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain food quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Collects the production paperwork. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Mathematical SkillsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
