Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummaryThe QC Technician is responsible to verify the product meets specified requirement prior to shipping.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.Daily ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection and report any abnormal issueCheck product information is correctMake sure the product meets the system requirement before shipping out: label, revision, information tracking under systemPackage product as requirementMeet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirementTurn in KPI report on time, end of the working dayCheck and keep record for ESD Audit dailyWhen required, work assignment can change based on project needs like inspection, testing, data inputEssential Skills:Needs demonstrated ability to read and follow written instructions and ideasRequires the repeated and coordinated use of your hands, wrists, and fingers to use a computer keyboard, and other small handheld toolsRequires hands-on, ambition, and drive to succeed - Makes things happenCompetencies:Requires the physical ability to lift 25 poundsAble to stand 8 hours consistently and push, pull, twist and lift at a minimum 10lbs container/boxes.Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independently.Knowledge using MS Excel to read instructions and report.Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to sit for long periods. Employee must be able to lift objects approximately up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
