This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You’ll DoInspect materials, in-process, and finished productsUse precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)Document results and maintain quality recordsSupport continuous improvement and ISO 9000 standardsInspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet blueprint and customer specificationsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience3–5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within manufacturing (sheet metal, welding, or related environment)Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing printsProficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and Statistical Process Control (2–3 years)High school diploma or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processesHands-on metal fabrication experiencePreferred Skills (a big plus!)Certified AS9100 Internal Quality AuditorSix Sigma Green Belt or Black BeltCMM experienceBilingual (Spanish)Why You’ll Love Working HereWe believe in taking care of our team.
