Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey Activities and AccountabilitiesPerform inspection (visual, dimensional, gauging and comparison as appropriate) on new manufactured, repaired and modified equipment and components pre, during and post qualification testingRaise Non-conformance Reports against non-conforming equipment / components and manufacturing, repair, modification quality recordsWork in accordance with Goods Inwards Quality ProceduresEnsure inspection measuring equipment is kept safe, clean, fit for purpose and in current calibrationPerform inspection surveys on returned operational equipment (Rosehill Resource and Customer owned)Perform Quality Control checks to Operations Support processes at key stages (i.e. prior to final shipment, job card completion etc.,)Perform Non Destructive Testing on components for certification purposesWitness pressure testing of equipment for certification to ensure that the tests are conducted to the required standardsJob Knowledge and QualificationsExperience in a similar role – inspection of mechanical components & assembliesTrained and Experienced Internal Quality Auditor would be an advantageGood knowledge of workshop procedures and practicesKnowledge of Risk Assessment/Job Card/Engineering Test Procedure complianceAble to display quality control/certification techniquesKnowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams)Ability to read and interpret drawings & technical documentation
