At GA Telesis, our core business is integrated aviation solutions, and our mission is customer success.The Quality Control Inspector plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GA Telesis processes. The ideal individual should be quality-oriented and attention to detail, self-motivated, reliable, and able to multi-task, to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet quality product expectations. This is a full-time position based in Medley, Florida.**Important Notice:  Eligibility Requirement: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The company does not provide visa sponsorship or accept candidates requiring sponsorship. Responsibilities:Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and non-destructive inspections (NDI/NDT) of landing gear components and assembliesInspect incoming, in-process, and final products to ensure compliance with OEM manuals, work instructions, and regulatory standardsVerify documentation including repair orders, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and traceability paperworkAccurately record inspection findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions takenConduct audits and quality checks throughout the repair processCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processesAccomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed Maintain calibration status of measuring tools and test equipmentSupport internal and external audits, including FAA and customer inspectionsAdhere to safety protocols, quality procedures, and company policies Qualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalent required1-2 years Quality Control Inspector experienceStrong understanding of FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 145), EASA requirements, and OEM maintenance manualsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skillsMust be able to communicate effectively (oral and written) Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsPossess strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skillsPreferred Qualifications:Familiar with Quantum Software. Previous experience with landing gear systems.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Come check out how #gatelesis is "Intelligently Defining the FUTURE of Aviation and Aerospace"To see what #GATelesis life is like, visit LinkedIn,  Instagram,  Facebook.Powered by JazzHR8D568C5qBH
