You will be a key part of the Quality Control process—checking products for defects, performing technical evaluations, and entering all data into SAP accurately and on time.You will also work closely with other departments to solve problems, follow up on open issues, and providing excellent service to our customers. If you're comfortable with electronics, have solid data entry skills, and like working in a fast paced team environment, this could be a great fit for you!Major Duties and Responsibilities:Actively participate in the Quality Control process.Determine what product is unacceptable and determine root cause, according to designated timelines. Perform technical evaluation and validation of defects utilizing test equipment and visual inspection.Create and maintain Corrective Action Reports and follow up on open items.Ensure that all SAP information, Batch, quantity, correct SKU, are being entered accurately and on time. Collaborate closely with internal staff and external customers to meet schedule requirements. Proactively follow up with all levels of management on special orders.Requirements:Knowledge of basic database reporting and data entry.Technical competence to understand electronics products and components.Ability to effectively use an SAP database for data entry and reporting.Ability to work effectively team members and management.Ability to meet tight and changing deadlines.We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
