You’ll be responsible for critical inspections including pitch diameter and ovality testing to ensure compliance with premium and API thread standards. All candidates must pass a short technical test to be considered.ResponsibilitiesPerform MRP gage set-ups for premium and API threadsConduct re-gages with third-party inspectors, as neededUtilize and interpret premium thread and API specificationsPerform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on materials and productsUse Mylar overlays and operate Mic-Trac equipment for accurate measurementsRecord and report inspection findings and maintain a clean, safe workspaceQualifications and RequirementsMust be able to read and write in EnglishAt least 6 months of relevant experience in threading, machining, or QC inspectionMust pass a pitch diameter / ovality test Premium threading experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standardsMust be available to work overtime and up to 7 days/week, as neededBenefits and PerksPay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision InsuranceWeekly PayHoliday Pay and Referral BonusesOpportunities for Training & Career GrowthYour New OrganizationWork for a well-established company in the threading and machining industry, known for its high-quality standards and commitment to safety.
