Quality Control Standards Tech at Interprint Inc

ABOUT US:

Interprint, Inc. is a designer and printer of décor paper used as the design layer in laminate surfaces such as countertops, flooring, furniture, store fixtures and a host of other applications.

HOURS:

8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday with a 1-hour break for lunch.

PAY RANGE:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.

QC STANDARDS TECH RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains and updates standard records within the Access database by accurately entering key information such as design name and number, approval date, tube location, and base paper specifications. Tracks all standards, assigns tubes, and collaborates closely with Quality Control representatives to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
• Prepares production areas for upcoming work by organizing and delivering all required standards and last-run materials to the appropriate presses.
• Manages standard roll-ups by retrieving materials from Finishing to be assigned to standard tubes.
• Monitors the SAP system throughout the day to identify schedule changes related to standards and communicates updates to each press to ensure correct materials are in place.
• Coordinates daily shipping activities by packaging outturns and standard proposals and ensuring all FedEx shipments are prepared and dispatched by 3:00 PM.

• Communicates effectively and works well with team members across departments.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to remain active and on your feet for extended periods.
• Possesses strong data entry skills, including experience using Excel.
