Job Title: Quality Control TechLocation: Orangeburg New York 10962Duration: 3 monthsShift time: 8:30 am to 5:00 pmDescription:This is a Metrology based position involving the use of various hand tools and some semi-automated tools (calipers, micrometers, surface roughness gages, etc.).The position will encompass the 3 depts that make up Quality Control (Final Inspection, Incoming/In-Process inspection and NDT - Non Destructive Testing).Qualifications:Nice to have experience using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.Interest in learning various equipment in the 3 departments. The ability to read blueprints would be helpful but not necessary.Would be on your feet for extended periods of time.Must Haves:Ability to work in a fast paced technical environment.Able to lift up to 40lbs on your own. Comfortable using computers.
