Quality Control Technician at Real Soft Inc

Job Summary (List Format): - Conduct standardized quality control testing and analysis on raw materials in-process items and finished goods. - Accurately calculate and report test results ensuring data is properly recorded in SAP and relevant documentation systems. - Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; document and report any equipment issues. - File maintain and dispose of retain samples according to established protocols. - Ensure a clean and organized laboratory environment participating in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. - Support complaint investigations and assist Quality Engineers by testing samples and preparing reports. - Adhere to all Health Safety and Environmental regulations and company procedures. - Maintain and control quality records and documents according to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in daily quality meetings. - Support and participate in training efforts within the lab maintaining proficiency in all test methods. - Contribute to the general upkeep of the Quality Department and participate in special projects as assigned. - Proficiently use SAP and MS Office for quality data management and reporting. - Communicate effectively within the team and demonstrate strong attention to detail in all work activities.
