Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $50,000.00 Annual SalaryJob Title: Quality Assurance (QA) CoordinatorDepartment: Administration / Quality ManagementReports To: Vice President of AdministrationSalary: $50,000Position SummaryThe QA Coordinator will play a key role in implementing and maintaining Terra Labor Consulting Groups ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). This position is responsible for coordinating quality initiatives, monitoring compliance with ISO standards, conducting internal audits, supporting documentation and process management, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.The QA Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for QMS implementation, internal audits, and preparation for the external ISO 9001 certification audit.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS across all departments (Administration, HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, Core Business Units).Assist in defining measurable quality objectives and KPIs for all procedures.Develop and execute the internal audit plan to monitor compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.Identify nonconformities and work with department heads to implement corrective and preventive actions.Maintain audit records and reports and track resolution of nonconformities.Maintain and control QMS documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.Organize and conduct ISO 9001 awareness sessions for employees.Train staff on internal audit processes, documentation requirements, and corrective actions.Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.Coordinate with the external ISO consultant to ensure readiness for the certification audit.Support the organization during pre-audit (mock audit) and external audit activities.Facilitate communication between departments, management, and external auditors.Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the organization.Promote a culture of quality awareness, accountability, and compliance.QualificationsEducation & Certification:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification preferred.Quality management training or certification is a plus.Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management, compliance, or process improvement roles.Prior experience in ISO 9001:2015 implementation or certification projects highly desirable.Experience in service-oriented organizations or consulting firms is preferred.Skills:Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and communicate effectively with management and staff.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document control software, and QMS tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
