Key Responsibilities Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Develop implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes. Monitor key quality performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production engineering R&D) to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle. Manage and maintain quality documentation including FMEAs control plans and work instructions. Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to analyze data and improve process capability. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC MSA Root Cause Analysis PPAP). Strong understanding and application of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems. Demonstrated ability in data analysis statistical methods and problem-solving. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification. Proficiency with statistical analysis software such as Minitab or JMP. Experience with specific industry standards (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100 ISO 13485).
