Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis for quality non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Perform internal and external product and process audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends report performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support new product introduction (NPI) activities including APQP FMEAs control plans and PPAP submissions. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes. Manage the non-conforming material (NCR) process from identification and segregation to disposition and rework/scrap decisions. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Industrial Electrical Manufacturing). Proven experience with quality tools such as SPC FMEA MSA and Control Plans. Strong understanding and application of Root Cause Analysis methodologies (e.g. 8D 5 Whys) and corrective/preventive actions. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or industry-specific quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings specifications and GD&T.
