Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control plans procedures and specifications. Analyze quality data to identify trends root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions. Lead problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as 8D FMEA and 5 Whys. Conduct internal and supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with standards (e.g. ISO 9001). Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to improve product quality and process efficiency. Manage the disposition of non-conforming materials and ensure timely resolution. Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP activities and PPAP submissions. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience applying core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA Control Plans SPC MSA PPAP 8D). Strong understanding and practical experience with ISO 9001 and/or industry-specific quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16949). Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation with experience using statistical software. Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement. Experience with manufacturing processes and quality control points within a production environment.
