Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards. Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for process improvement. Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP activities like FMEAs and control plans. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Manage and maintain quality documentation records and reports. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing). 2 years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role. Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC MSA 8D Root Cause Analysis). Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
