Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions. Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends drive continuous improvement and reduce defects. Support new product introduction processes ensuring quality requirements are met from design to launch. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA SPC MSA 8D and Root Cause Analysis. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100). Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control and improvement. Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. ASQ Certification (e.g. CQE CSSBB CMQ/OE). Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) related to quality modules. Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) for complex data analysis.
