Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is seeking a motivated Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team and ensure product excellence through robust quality control and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will drive defect prevention, process optimization, and supplier collaboration while fostering a culture of quality across the organization.Visa Sponsorship: Not eligibleRelocation Assistance: NoResponsibilities:Provide training to production staff on quality standards and procedures.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.Partner with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality and conduct audits.Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and enhance efficiency.Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements.Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify and resolve defects.Maintain inspection records, analyze test results, and prepare quality performance reports.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.3+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of quality.Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.Preferred Skills:Experience with statistical analysis and quality management software.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or equivalent methodologies.Benefits & Perks:Comprehensive benefits packageCollaborative, quality-driven work environmentProfessional development and advancement opportunities
