Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools for process monitoring and improvement. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001). Manage supplier quality performance including evaluations audits and defect resolution. Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring quality requirements are met from design to launch. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC MSA Root Cause Analysis 8D). Solid understanding of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100 IATF 16949). Demonstrated experience with statistical process control and data analysis for continuous improvement. Ability to lead problem-solving initiatives and drive corrective and preventive actions.
