Job Details
Start and earn Nadcap certification from the ground up
Own and oversee the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, and Nadcap requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Utilize quality metrics and KPIs to analyze trends, reduce process variation, and drive measurable performance improvements
Plan, coordinate, and lead internal and external audits; promptly address nonconformances and ensure effective resolution
Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues, inquiries, and audits
