These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection procedures. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001). Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools for process monitoring and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP activities and developing quality documentation. Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated documentation. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing) or a related technical field 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC MSA Root Cause Analysis 8D) Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 or industry-specific quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100) Demonstrated ability to analyze data identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Advanced proficiency with statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) for complex data analysis. Experience with automated inspection equipment programming (e.g. CMM vision systems). Project management experience particularly leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
