Key Responsibilities Design develop and implement industrial control systems (PLC HMI SCADA). Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automation devices. Develop and optimize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. Integrate new machinery and automation equipment into existing production lines. Provide technical support and expertise for control system issues and process improvements. Ensure control systems comply with safety standards regulatory requirements and best practices. Perform routine maintenance upgrades and calibration of control system components. Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience with PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and associated software. Proficiency in HMI/SCADA system design and development (e.g. FactoryTalk View Ignition Wonderware). Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g. EtherNet/IP PROFINET Modbus TCP/IP). Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and resolve technical issues. Experience with robotics (e.g. Fanuc Kuka ABB) and/or advanced motion control systems. Ability to read interpret and create electrical schematics and control panel layouts. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g. Fanuc Kuka ABB). Proficiency with SQL databases historian systems and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau). Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for inspection and guidance. Understanding of industrial network architecture and cybersecurity best practices for control systems.
