Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and utilize statistical process control (SPC) to maintain and improve product quality. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues and reduce scrap/rework. Manage and resolve customer quality complaints driving continuous improvement initiatives. Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and specifications. Support new product introduction (NPI) by establishing quality gates inspection methods and validation protocols. Maintain and update quality management system documentation and records. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing Electrical) or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC MSA PPAP APQP 8D Control Plans). Demonstrated experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 AS9100 or ISO 13485). Proven ability to lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP) for process capability and data interpretation.
