Help to build a strong diverse team by recruiting talent identifying and developing successors driving retention and engagement and fostering an inclusive culture.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESAttain Quality performance goals and establish improvement objectives for the site.Partner with site Operations and Technical teams to exceed quality metricsEffective communication with customers and commercial partnersLead the site Quality team responsible for learning & development and performance management for direct reports.Ensure compliance with customer requirements regulatory agency government regulations engineering specifications and company policies/procedures.Drive continuous product and process Quality improvements across the ISC & Engineering value streams.Interface with the business segment Customer Quality representatives providing support and responsiveness to customer requirements flow down quality initiatives product related problem resolution and review presentations.Provide input support and direction regarding all Quality and related Business issues together with Continuous Improvement initiatives.Lead and manage the quality engineering team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration among team members.Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies plans and processes that form the backbone of our quality initiatives.Continuously monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance product quality.ABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc. Revenues in 2023 for Honeywell Aerospace Technology were $14B and there are approximately 21000 employees globally.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE6 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.2 years of experience supervising/leading teamsSome experience with ISO9001/ AS9100 and strong knowledge of quality management systems.Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen our data-driven quality initiatives.WE VALUEBachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering or mathematics.Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering) or ME (Mechanical Engineering).Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies facilitating continuous improvement and process optimization.Experience in leading quality engineering teams and driving change.Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Familiarity with advanced quality control technologies and data analytics.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary leading-edge work and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
