This is an ON SITE position.Benefit package offered: Employee offered standard company benefit package to include medical dental vision term life insurance accidental death benefits and eligibility to participate in a safe harbor 401(k) plan.Position SummaryThe focus of the Quality of the product flowing through the line as well as the quality of all processes related to the line.Position DescriptionMake sure all product falls within specification.Must understand the requirements in each step of the assembly line.Monitor all portions of the production line for quality conformance.Communicate with operators as well as management to correct any issuesOther duties as assignedApprovalTeam determines need Human Resources will facilitate the process and select candidates Controller will verify budget for the position. The positions direct manager will also be part of the interviewing and decision-making process as well as a possible peer.Position RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED required or combination of applicable education and experience2 years experience in quality control preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel)Excellent written and verbal communications skillsAble to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and nights as neededAble to lift 10 pounds occasionally without restrictionWork Environment: Primary work is conducted on the manufacturing floor. Plant is not climate controlled. Will include moderate lifting.
