Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow Hiring: Quality InspectorManufacturing 2nd shiftLocation: Highland Heights, OHPay: $17.50 - $20.00/hour - based on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pmJob Summary:As a Quality Inspector you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our precision-manufactured products meet the highest quality standards. We're looking for detail-driven professionals with a strong background in manufacturing inspections.Objectives:Ensure compliance with Company quality standards and QMS requirementsUphold the company mission and core values with professionalism and urgencyPromote teamwork, ethics, and a respectful workplaceKey Responsibilities:Perform in-process, first-piece, and final inspections of machined and washed partsInspect cut-blanks, stamped/threaded nipples, and special ordersApprove manufacturing setups and ensure products meet specsUse inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)Document inspection results and maintain traceability recordsCommunicate with supervisors on any quality concerns or needed adjustmentsInspect purchased products using defined measurements and criteriaSupport production metrics: accuracy, on-time delivery, and qualityMaintain a safe and organized work environmentRequirements:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent3+ years' experience in manufacturing or inspecting precision machined partsProficient in reading blueprints and GD&TSkilled in basic math and computer useDetail-oriented; able to identify fine surface flawsStrong communication and teamwork skillsExcellent attendance and work habitsPhysical ability to:Stand/bend for full shiftsLift 50 lbs. continuously, 70 lbs. occasionallyPush/pull carts up to 150 lbs.Move 12–24 ft lengths of pipeWilling to work overtime as needed Be part of a company that values quality, safety, and continuous improvementOpportunity to work with a professional team in a stable, growth-focused environment
