Quality Inspector - 2nd Shift at Award Staffing

Job Description

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Quality Inspector
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
• Location: Delano, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2PM-10:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a regulated medical device environment (FDA and ITAR).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic documentation and traceability discipline.
• Willingness to work shifts and follow safety/PPE requirements.
• Experience with silicone or plastic materials is a plus.
• Work in cleanroom environments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conducts inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications. Inspections include visual, dimensional, functional, and physical testing on product from all departments.
• Performs all duties per appropriate work instructions.
• Verifies packaging and documents for shipping parts.
• Ensures work area is clean and safe.
• Assists with filing or scanning for QA Dept.
• Able to accurately scan processing records to computer files for archiving.
• Works with tools like micrometer, calipers, and computer programs.
