Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull job description3 shifts, 18/hr, M-F with possible OTMultiple positions per shiftExpected to last through the remainder of the year and into 2026No shorts, steel toed shoes requiredOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality systems, contributing to the production of safe and reliable products. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence in quality management.DutiesConduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications.Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for detailed dimensional analysis and validation of complex components.Perform quality audits to assess compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations.Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance for continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure adherence to quality control procedures, quality assurance protocols, and quality systems standards throughout manufacturing operations.Identify root causes of quality issues through analysis skills and recommend corrective actions to maintain product integrity.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement process improvements aligned with quality management principles.Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and demonstrating compliance with regulatory standards.QualificationsProven experience in quality inspection, quality control, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA regulations, and CGMP is highly desirable.Proficiency in using measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and operating a vision inspection system.Experience with advanced measurement equipment such as a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or deviations.Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and experience conducting or participating in quality audits.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Relevant certifications or training in quality assurance, calibration techniques, or metrology are advantageous.
