Quality Inspector-Sun-Thur 11PM - 7:15AMSparks, NV 89431* Able to work through the night with little supervision* Good communication skills* Basic computer literacy* Ability to convey activities or problems through daily reporting* Good attendance* Check quality of product through multiple stages of productionKey responsibilities* Inspect products: Perform visual and physical inspections of products at various stages, checking for defects or improper sealing.* Verify specifications: Confirm that materials and finished products comply with company specifications, and quality standards.* Document results: Complete inspection reports, maintain accurate logs, and input data into a quality database.* Report defects: Communicate any issues to supervisors and production teams for corrective action.* Maintain equipment: Keep tools and equipment in good working order by following operating instructions and initiating repairs when necessary.* Maintain a safe environment: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, and help maintain a clean and organized work area.Required skills and qualifications* Attention to detail: A sharp eye for identifying defects and ensuring precision.* Computer literacy: Proficiency with basic computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.* Communication skills: Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to supervisors and production staff.* Dexterity and stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds.* Basic math skills: Strong mathematical abilities for measurements and data analysis.* Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and propose solutionsNON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES* Ability to keep a clean work area.* Ability to assist other employees in the department as required and as time permits.* Ability to train new department employees as requested.* Available to work overtime as required/requested.11PM - 7:15AM Sun - ThursdayCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00
