Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Quality InspectorJob DescriptionThe Quality Inspector is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring plant adherence to all processes as required by Plant Regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining food safety measures at the facility and collaborating with production teams to enhance processes as needed.ResponsibilitiesPull samples to visually check the quality of the product (not a lab-based role).Assist on the production line as needed.Collaborate with the production line to ensure quality and safety regulations are followed.Liaise with the production manager as necessary.Essential SkillsExperience in inspection and quality control.Familiarity with a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of assembly and production processes.Ability to conduct quality inspections and quality assurance.General labor and quality check skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious quality experience in any industry is a plus, but not required.Strong attention to detail is essential.Why Work Here?Join a family-owned company that values its employees and offers opportunities for advancement. The facility offers two shifts: 1st Shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 2nd Shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Des Moines, IA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.(Once direct) Partners with Exemplar Care to provide its employees with a new health benefits model called Direct Primary Care (DPC). This model features a fixed, transparent monthly fee with no copays or deductibles and includes access to services like regular checkups, labs, and generic medications.
