Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLocation: Lansing, MI.Pay: $16.00/hour (paid weekly)Shifts:1st: 6:30am–2:30pm2nd: 2:30pm–10:30pm3rd: 10:30pm–6:30amOvertime: Mandatory on most SaturdaysKey ResponsibilitiesPerform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming, in process, and finished automotive parts.Identify non conforming material; tag, segregate, and document defects per company procedures.Conduct minor rework/repairs when allowable (e.g., light sanding, trimming, component swaps).Communicate issues immediately to quality and production supervisors to minimize downtime.Maintain a clean, safe 5S work area and follow all PPE and safety rules.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.6+ months in quality inspection, production, or warehouse work (automotive preferred).Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 30lbs for an 8 hour shift.Basic math, reading, and data entry skills; ability to complete inspection logs legibly.Willingness to work Saturdays and rotate shifts if business needs change.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionWeekly Pay
