With over 50 years of experience, we are committed to quality, innovation, and investing in cutting-edge technology.Why Join Us?Competitive Compensation & Benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid vacation, holidays).Work with a Long-Tenured Team in a highly respected ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR, and DFAR-certified facility.Career Growth & Training Opportunities in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Conduct detailed inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs).Interpret design drawings & specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.Perform raw material inspections and verify conformance.Inspect first-piece and in-process production to maintain high-quality standards.Approve finished products by confirming specifications, performing visual & measurement tests, and ensuring rework is completed correctly.Document inspection results accurately in reports and logs.Collaborate with production teams to address non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & AS9100 standards (FAIRS knowledge a plus).Assist with mechanical gauge calibration (experience a plus).#ZRRequirements:What We’re Looking For:Experience in quality inspection within metal fabrication, machining, or related manufacturing industries.Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and its applications.Ability to use precision hand tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).Familiarity with CMMs (experience is a plus).Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.Ability to work independently & in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
