If you want to make an impact on a global scale come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleQuality InspectorWhat does a Quality Inspector do at FiservAs a Quality Inspector you will perform in-line inspections and basic machining/assembly tasks to confirm parts meet engineering requirements and support production throughput. You will conduct quality checks to verify that the inserted materials are accurate and separate any damaged mail.What you will do:Perform a variety of inspection tasksvisual dimensional technical in-process and finalto ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.Identify defects sort rework/scrap and complete nonconformance reports.Accurately process work transactions using PC-based systems; strong computer proficiency required.Escalate non-conforming items and support corrective actions to maintain quality standards.Conduct minor maintenance and support major maintenance projects as assigned.Operate material handling equipment and use inspection tools including precision instruments.What you will need to have:High School Diploma or a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience.Minimum one year of experience in a quality-related role ideally in a fast-paced production environment.Experience using a computer for data entry.Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.Important info about this role:You will work an assigned schedule of: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday-FridayFlexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays.You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
