Hours: 2:00PM-11:00PM Monday-Friday

What You'll Work On

  • Receive incoming materials and perform visual and dimensional inspections prior to production use
  • Retrieve inspection schedules from SAP and prioritize work based on FIFO requirements
  • Pull materials from the warehouse and transport them to the inspection lab for evaluation
  • Perform the Receiving Inspection Process (RIP) following documented procedures
  • Use inspection tools including calipers, rulers, hand tools, and other measuring equipment
  • Complete material inspection reports and ensure accurate documentation of results
  • Submit inspection reports for review and approval as required
  • Release approved materials in SAP for use in production
  • Identify, document, and escalate nonconforming materials per quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized inspection workspace
  • Comply with all quality system requirements, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in Incoming Receiving Inspection or Quality Inspection
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Experience working in a regulated industry; medical device experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, rulers, and other measuring devices
  • Experience following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inspection protocols
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience navigating ERP systems (SAP preferred)

The base pay for this position is $16.45 $32.95 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
