Work on advanced composite structures in a highly technical, innovative environment Direct impact on supplier quality and performance across a critical supply chain Exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing processes including vacuum infusion and advanced composites Collaborative culture with strong partnership between engineering, quality, and suppliers Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision with strong employer contribution Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly scaling organization Job Details Responsibilities Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and final assemblies to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards Perform dimensional inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM equipment Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with internal quality systems Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and support root cause analysis Verify proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness efforts Assist in developing and improving inspection procedures and quality processes Qualifications 3+ years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment Experience inspecting mechanical or electromechanical assemblies Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T Hands-on experience with standard inspection tools and measurement equipment Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams Interested in hearing more?
