We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Industrial Engineer to help optimize production, drive innovation, and take our performance to the next level.About the RoleThis position plays a key role in ensuring every product leaving our facility meets exacting quality expectations. You’ll be involved in hands-on inspections, using a variety of tools and techniques to confirm accuracy and spot potential issues before they reach the customer. The role requires close collaboration with the production team, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards our customers depend on.Requirements:ResponsibilitiesEfficiently perform visual In Process & Final Inspection to verify specifications, assessing for defects, scratches, and depth of damage, using the Manual CMM QC 5000 (+) as needed.Professionally communicate any component deviationsSelect and utilize the most suitable measuring device to ensure accuracy and efficiency for each specific taskCommunicate effectively to foster strong, collaborative professional relationships with colleagues.Other duties as assigned.
