Communicate results with affected departments Coordinate perform and lead inspections of suspect products in warehouses including reporting results to Quality Manager Coordinates 3rd party product testing and customer sample requests Coach QC Inspectors and Operational team regarding Product Safety GMP 3rd party audits Active participation/ assistance during New Product Development trials Proficient in Maintenance Work Order entry Deliver product characteristics training for New Hire Employees Schedules plans and performs assigned and delegated tasks efficiently with minimal supervision Contribute to the plant Quality and Process improvement initiatives including PEPS Active participation in Monthly GMP audits trained as an Internal Auditor (various types of audits) QualificationsEducation and Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience 3-5 years of experience in quality function within a manufacturing environmentGood written verbal mathematical basic metrology and analytical skills Must be diligent accurate and comfortable using Microsoft applications Ability to work independently as well as working with others effectively Maintain the ability to work a flexible schedule across shifts to support various projects Bilingual Required English and SpanishPactiv Evergreen is now a part of Novolex.
