Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspectors to join our team. The first position will focus on analytical tasks within a laboratory setting, involving quality inspection and testing of chemicals. Experience in chemistry is beneficial but not mandatory. The role requires familiarity with lab equipment and working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, transitioning to a Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday schedule after training.If you're interested in becoming part of our team as the new quality inspector, please apply and an internal recruiter will reach out within 24-48 hours. ResponsibilitiesPrepare both raw materials and final products for testing.Conduct chemical analysis using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) and Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES) applications.Review and enter data while maintaining detailed records of all tests performed.Perform lab housekeeping tasks, including cleaning labware, preparing standards, and maintaining instruments.Essential SkillsExperience in inspection, quality control, and quality assurance.Proficiency in quality inspection techniques, including blueprint reading and use of a microscope.Familiarity with chemical and laboratory environments.Ability to conduct chemical testing and utilize lab testing equipment such as pH meters and micrometers.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
