Your contributions will help maintain our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.Position DescriptionConduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to assess product specifications.Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement within our quality management systems.Utilize coordinate measuring machines and vision inspection systems to ensure accuracy in measurements and product integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions based on quality audits and inspection findings.Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.QualificationsAbility to read blueprintsStrong understanding of GD&TFamiliarity with hand tool inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, mahr gages, etc)Familiarity with quality systems, including QA/QC methodologies.Experience with Keyence Visual Inspection SystemExperience with Hexagon CMMExperience with Sunnen bore gagesKnowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field involving quality inspection processes.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence in your work.Benefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance
