Quality Inspector – Aerospace at Linked Professional Services

Job Title: Quality InspectorDepartment: AerospaceJob Type: Full-Time 90-day contract-to-hirePay: $18-$22Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support our aerospace seating production and quality assurance team. This role is responsible for evaluating hardware documentation inspecting products measuring process performance and preparing formal reports under professional direction.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret work orders blueprints and inspection manuals to determine inspection methodsInspect materials products and in-process work for conformance to engineering drawings and specificationsRecord and report inspection results marking items for acceptance or rejectionDiscard or reject products materials and equipment that do not meet specificationsConfer with vendors and internal teams to review inspection results and recommend corrective actionsTest and measure finished products components or assemblies to verify functionality and specification adherenceMonitor meters and dials to ensure proper equipment operation and calibrationClearly communicate inspection results to internal teamsMaintain organized and accurate inspection recordsSupport problem-solving activities and continuous improvement effortsQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years of mechanical inspection experience including visual and dimensional inspectionProficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) Word PowerPoint and OutlookExperience with Discus First Article Software preferredExperience using portable CMM tools such as FARO or Metris preferredStrong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitudeProfessional personable and presentableApply today to join a team committed to excellence in aerospace seating manufacturing and quality control.Linked LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
