Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team!You will be a critical part of our quality assurance process, ensuring that all plastic injection-molded products meet the demanding specifications of both our internal standards and our valued customers. You will utilize your expertise in precision measurement and blueprint reading to meticulously check in-process and finished parts.What to Expect: Conduct detailed quality inspections of products according to established customer standards and specifications.Ensure all quality requirements are consistently maintained throughout the production process.Review and accurately complete all required company and customer inspection records and documentation.Utilize and maintain various inspection tools, including hand gauges and optical comparators.Assist with First Piece/First Article Inspections (FAI) to validate new setups and processes.Conduct Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspections and interpret the resulting data.
