In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with full training, support, and the tools you need to succeed. Whether you're just starting out or looking to build hands-on experience, this role offers a strong foundation for a career in quality assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform basic inspections, including first article, in-process, and final checksLearn and follow procedures for handling out-of-tolerance partsAssist engineers with measuring parts and reviewing dimensionsSet up and use inspection tools with guidance from senior team membersHelp update documentation for quality systems and processesSupport internal audits and improvement projectsLearn how to identify issues and assist with problem-solving activitiesHelp maintain tools and keep calibration records up to dateQualificationsRequired:Ability to read basic engineering drawings (training provided)Eagerness to learn and take on new challengesComfortable using measuring tools like calipers or micrometersGood organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Preferred:Coursework or training in manufacturing, machining, or quality controlBasic understanding of GD&T or ISO 9001 principlesExperience with ERP systems (e.g., IQMS) or CMM software (e.g., CALYPSO)ASQ certification or technical degree in a related fieldSkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyWillingness to learn and grow in a technical environmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow procedures and maintain documentationWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryCareer Development and Cross-Training OpportunitiesHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Simple IRA and Roth IRA options with company contributionsPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave, Holidays)Paid Term Life and Long-Term Disability InsuranceModern, Climate-Controlled FacilityMonday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:15pm40 hours per week with overtime available
