Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO requirements, and a basic understanding of Quality Management Systems is required. Sharp Eyes: You notice what others overlook. Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, handle materials safely, and keep pace with the crew. Team Mentality: Reliable, steady, and proud to be part of a crew that values doing things right.
