Quality Inspector at StaffSource, LLC

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPerform dimensional and visual inspections on fabricated parts, weldments, subassemblies, and finished equipment.Verify conformance to drawings, tolerances, and internal standards using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other tools.Document inspection results clearly and accurately using checklists, inspection reports, and nonconformance records.Communicate findings and support timely resolution of quality issues with fabrication, assembly, and engineering teams.Assist with receiving inspections, material verification, and traceability checks when needed.Support the company’s NCR, rework, and continuous improvement processes.Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-focused inspection area. Preferred TraitsSharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Good communicator—able to work well with welders, machinists, assemblers, and engineers.Self-starter who takes pride in accuracy and accountability.Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus. Work ScheduleFull-time, day shift (typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday).
