Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Inspector We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Worcester, MA. This is a first-shift position (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) responsible for performing inspections and tests to ensure that materials, components, and finished products meet quality standards and specifications. The Quality Inspector will use precision measurement tools, conduct First Article Inspections, and maintain accurate documentation to support production and compliance requirements.ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished productsInterpret blueprints and technical specifications to determine inspection requirementsMeasure and verify conformance using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopesRecord inspection data and prepare quality reportsIdentify and report production issues, recommend corrective actions, and assist with process improvementsMaintain, calibrate, and repair inspection equipment as neededEnsure compliance with ISO procedures and OSHA safety standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required2+ years of experience as a quality inspector in a manufacturing environmentProficiency with inspection tools and First Article InspectionsStrong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skillsKnowledge of ISO compliance and quality processes preferredPay and Schedule$20.00 $23.00 per hour based on experienceFirst shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, Monday through FridayComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off
