Quality Inspector- TEMP TO HIRE at Flex-Staff

Shift:

• 1 st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:00PM (overtime is expected sporadically through the end of the year) 6am-4pm and/or required shift on Saturday

Pay:

• $17-$18/hour or more based on experience

Job Duties:

• Inspecting product for defects, damage and imperfections & being assertive if a quality issue arises
• Working with supervisors & account teams to resolve quality issues
• Following all documented processes and procedures
• Gathering data to resolve quality-related issues
• Ensuring quality requirements meet or exceed customer requirements
• Cross-training in all departmental quality areas
• Maintain accurate and thorough record keeping
• Comply with facility safety and work rules
• As needed, performing and maintaining 5S procedures
• Follow ISO procedures and participate in ISO audits & training
• Special projects as assigned

• Previous manufacturing/inspection experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Must possess good computer skills (ex. MS Word) & the ability to learn new computer software
• An understanding of general business concepts
• Ability to stand and twist/bend during the shift
• Ability to lift 50 pounds for entirety of shift
