Job DescriptionJob DescriptionQuality Inspector | $19/hr | 2nd Shift Monday – FridayWhat Matters Most:Pay Rate: $19 per hour with $2 shift differentialSchedule: Monday – Friday, 3:15 pm – 11:45 pmLocation: Painesville, OhioTemp to hire opportunity with long-term growthClean, climate-controlled facilityJob DescriptionAs a Quality Inspector, you will perform in-process and final inspections on extremely small components, ensuring products meet all blueprint specifications and quality standards. You will utilize precision measuring tools and follow established quality procedures to support production accuracy and consistency.Responsibilities:Interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and process documentsPerform in-process and final inspectionsOperate inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, microscopes, height gauges, and scalesDetect defects and irregularities on very small partsComplete required quality documentationQualifications and Requirements:Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing settingHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience inspecting extremely small components using magnification toolsStrong attention to detail and measurement accuracyAbility to read and interpret blueprintsAble to complete pre-employment screeningBenefits and Perks:$19.50/hrMedical benefitsTraining and development opportunitiesTemp-to-hire path with stabilityReferral bonus opportunitiesYour New Organization:A high-performance electrical manufacturer with over 30 years of success in the Painesville area.
