Below mentioned is the job description for your reference: Job Title: Quality Inspector - US Location: Lebanon TN 37087 Duration: 06 months Pay Rate: XX17.00XX Shift Time: 8am to 5pm Description: SHIFTS: 1st shift 3 NEEDED(6a-230p) 2nd shift 1 NEEDED (2p-1030p) Must indicate shift preference to be considered SITE TOURS STARTING FRIDAY must be fully cleared prior to start TOP REQUESTED SKILLS 1. line packing 2. visual quality inspection 3. stacking ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Off load WIP materials and stack in a uniform manner. Inform operator of any defective product immediately. Assist in set up of new jobs. Randomly inspection product to for defects. Perform housekeeping duties to insure company standards are maintained. Performs other related duties to contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by operator and supervisor. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic Math skills required. MECHANICAL SKILLS: Basic understanding of Machinery & processes. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read write & understand basic English. Able to communicate effectively get along with co workers. ATTENDANCE: Accrued attendance points must below 5. REASONING ABILITY: Job requires making decisions on quality of product for stacking base on company guidelines. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Overtime will be required upon notification from supervisor. Required to stand & walk continually. Occasional lifting pushing and/or pulling up to 25 lbs. Occasional bending stooping kneeling & excessive reaching over 37 high and about 30 across. Some pushing and moving required. Weight range will be from 100 to 1000 lbs.
