With offices across the United States engaging in the defense space cyber and commercial fields Leidos Dynetics provides responsive cost-effective engineering Prototyping scientific and IT solutions.The PCMM Technician will be responsible for inspecting large scale parts at various stages of machining from first piece to final inspection utilizing Romer arms Laser trackers or scanners (handheld or blue light) as well as any manual layout. Examples of parts are weldments integrated assemblies tooling etc. Other responsibilities include documenting non-conforming material as required providing concise feedback to machinists and engineers based of data collection and maintain all measurement equipment. To explore and learn more click here!Are you ready to make an impact Share your resume with us today!Basic QualificationsCandidates must have a high school diploma/GED with 3-5 of prior relevant work years of relevant experience.Candidates must be fluent with standard measurement equipment i.e. micrometers calipers intra micrometers optical comparator etc.Candidates must have 4 or more years experience using Romer Arm AS1 Scanner Leica AT960 Laser Tracker Leica AT402 Laser Tracker or CMMCandidates preferred to have experience with Spatial Analyzer or similar PCMM softwareCandidates must be proficient in GD&T per ASMEY14.5-2009Candidates must be able to execute or witness test procedures and generate test reports.Candidates must have demonstrated experience reading and interpreting drawings assembly schematics and specifications and prepare handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports.Generate quality documentation including inspection reports bubble prints C of Cs and NCRs.Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville North Alabama AL areaThis posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience.
