Job Title:Quality Lab Technician 2 pm to 10 pm/Monday-FridayJob Description:Entegris is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Lab Technician to join our PADS Department team. This position will be based in our Aurora IL facility.In this role you will be responsible for the analytical inspection and testing of incoming materials intermediates experimental and final this role you will have the opportunity to be part of a focused and talented team of Quality Lab Technicians who support our growing CMP Pads business.What Youll Do:Perform analytical physical and visual tests on product for production development R&D materials engineering and on customer return samplesEnter data into SampleManager system; recognize and address deviations or non-conformances in products instruments and quality standardsVerify and/or calibrate all test equipment by manufacturing recommendations and test methods to ensure data integrity and adherence to ISO9001 standardAnalyze data or trends and prepare reports for communication to internal stakeholdersCreate Certificates of Analysis for product shipping to customerParticipate in the maintenance of current lab work instructions and assist in the development of new methods and instructions for the quality lab teamTroubleshoot lab equipment of varying complexityCommunicate effectively with other team members to promote a safe positive and productive working environmentWhat We Seek:Education / Experience: Bachelors degree in a technical discipline (i.e. Chemistry Biology etc.) and/or quality laboratory experience of a minimum of 1 yearKnowledge: Statistical software (JMP Minitab) and/or SampleManager preferredAdditional Information:Monday - Friday 2:00pm 10:00pm (overtime may be required as per business needs)Weekend shifts will vary when needed.Why Work at EntegrisLead.
